退款政策 Refund Policy

1. 总则

命名侠 Pro 为一次性买断的数字软件授权（非订阅）。付款由 Creem（Merchant of Record）处理，退款请求由我们受理后转交 Creem 执行，退款金额原路退回至你付款时使用的支付方式。

NameHero Pro is a one-time digital software license, not a subscription. Payments are handled by Creem (Merchant of Record). Refund requests are reviewed by us and processed by Creem back to your original payment method.

2. 可申请退款的情形

• 付款后 14 天内申请退款；
• 软件在你的设备上因非人为原因无法启动或无法完成核心功能（重命名），且我们无法在合理时间内提供可用版本或修复；
• 重复购买、误买档位等明显错误，经核对订单记录后确认；
• 因我们原因导致你长时间无法获得已购买的授权（例如发码服务故障导致你收不到激活码）。

Eligible cases: within the 14-day window; software cannot start or perform its core renaming function on your device for reasons outside your control and we cannot provide a working fix; duplicate or wrong purchases confirmed against order records; or prolonged inability to receive a license you paid for due to our delivery failure.

3. 不予退款的情形

• 超过 14 天退款期限；
• 激活码已被使用（已成功激活过 Pro 功能）；
• 因你自己的设备配置不足（未安装 Ollama、模型未拉取、内存不足等）、系统不兼容或误操作导致功能无法使用；
• 违反可接受使用政策而被终止授权；
• 欺诈、盗刷或支付方发起的拒付（chargeback）。

Non-refundable: after 14 days; license already activated; failures caused by your own environment (Ollama not installed, model not pulled, insufficient memory, incompatibility or misuse); termination for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy; fraud or chargebacks.

4. 如何申请退款

发送邮件至 739506876@qq.com，标题写「退款申请」，正文写明：

• 付款时使用的邮箱；
• 付款金额与付款日期；
• 激活码（如已激活）；
• 退款原因说明。

我们在收到申请后 3 个工作日内答复处理结果。退款到账时间取决于支付方，一般 5–10 个工作日。

Email us with your purchase email, amount, date, license key (if activated) and reason. We respond within 3 business days; settlement time depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

5. 免费版

免费版不涉及任何付款，无需退款。

The free tier involves no payment and is not refundable.
